Performing as a clown for seven years gave her an interest in make up and specifically facepainting which she began to pursue at twelve-years old and started practicing professionally at 14. She continued to develop her skills for stage make up and has participated the last two years with Dramatic Truth School of the Arts in their annual Christmas Nutcracker performance, first as the assistant makeup artist and the next year progressing to head makeup artist.
