Intensive Registration 2017
Step 1. REGISTER
Fill out the online Registration form for each participant.
Step 2. SELECT PAYMENT OPTIONS
Add the following items to your cart:
Payment for the session you select (watch those early bird specials!)
Housing fee (if needed)
Activity Fee (required for all 2 week students utilizing our housing)
Once you select an option, click the Add To Cart button. This will take you to Paypal for review. At the bottom of the paypal page, click the button “Continue Shopping” to add the next cart item. When you have finished and your cart is ready, you may check out.

If you would like to purchase an optional Dinner Plan while you are attending the Intensive, please select it from the options below and add it to your cart.
Step 3. PROFILE SHOT (Required)
Please submit a profile shot in 1st arabesque on pointe or demi-pointe (where applicable). Submit this as a .jpeg file by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4. Medical Release Form (Required)
Please click here for the Medical Release Form. You will need to have this notarized, and bring it to Registration, along with a copy of your medical card.
Step 5. NOTE IMPORTANT DATES
Registration will be held from 4-6 pm on Sunday, July 19.
Orientation and a Placement Class will be held at 6:30 pm.
